票务管理政策

1、本管理办法适用于所有2019武汉网球公开赛票务中心及官方指定票务代理，及2019武汉网球公开赛门票的个人持有者。

2、2019武汉网球公开赛所有门票一经售出，概不退换。

3、2019武汉网球公开赛，当日比赛已经进行完一场比赛，或开赛时间已经超过30分钟，视为比赛正常进行。

4、比赛正常进行，相关场次门票视为已经正常使用，持票人无权要求退换票。

5、当比赛进行情况，不符合本政策第三条的规定，该场比赛视为取消。持票人可按如下规定退换票：

     a、请妥善管存取消场次门票并作为退换票依据。如持票人原票券丢失，概不接受退换票。

     b、持票人可持原票券换取与该票面价值相同的，且被指定的当年武汉网球公开赛的另一场比赛的票券。

          仅限在武汉网球公开赛现场售票处换取票券，地址为武汉网球公开赛观众入口处。

     c、持票人可持原票券按照票面价值进行退票。

      d、赠票持有者不适用本政策，概不退换。

7、持票人员不得以赛事为由在比赛期间（从比赛开始到比赛结束）持续收集、宣传、传播、出版或发布任何比分或相关的统计数据用于商业或赌博用途。禁止在赛事比赛场地范围内（观众区）持续使用笔记本电脑或其他手持电子设备。除非是持证媒体人员、赛事供应商及赛事工作人员在履行其职责。

8、本政策最终解释权归2019武汉网球公开赛组委会所有。

TICKET HOLDER AND SPECTATOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Session and seating information should be checked when purchasing tickets. No refund or exchange will be possible on any ticket including the complementary tickets except as announced by OCWO or where required by law.

2. All tickets must be purchased from official channels. If the ticket holder obtains a ticket from other sources then the holder will bear all the resulting risk and responsibility.

3. The competition schedule of the Wuhan Open 2018 is subject to change if necessary without notice due to adverse weather or other reasons. OCWO reserve the right to change, cancel, postpone, move or reschedule matches to protect the interests of players or patrons.

4.No ticket holder or spectator may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose).The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator area) of the tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, tournament vendors and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.
5. Please sit in your designated seat on courts that have reserved seating.

6. Children under 1.2 meter are admitted free of charge to the venue. They must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket holder on all courts with reserved seating.

7. Gates will be open a maximum of 2 hours before the start of the session printed on the ticket. Spectators will be able to access their reserved seats no earlier than 1 hour before the scheduled start of the session on that court. For night session ticket holders, access to their seats may not be available until the end of the day session matches.

8.Restricted articles must not be brought into the venue.

9.Smoking is not permitted in the stands.

10. Climbing up or over any barriers or fencing is not allowed.

11. The use of flash photography is not permitted.

12. Laptops are prohibited in spectator seating areas on all courts unless with prior consent of OCWO.

13. Standing or walking in the stadiums or seating area of courts is not permitted except during changeovers and/or between matches.

14. At the conclusion of a session all ticket holders must vacate the reserved seating areas. Please follow the direction of OCWO staff and volunteers to exit in an orderly way.

15. In case of any dispute, OCWO reserve the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.

 Anyone who purchases, holds or uses a ticket for the Wuhan Open 2018 shall be deemed as having read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions.
